 關(guān)于59國(guó)人員入境旅游免簽政策注意事項(xiàng)的通告

Notice About Visa Free Policy for 59 Countries

為用好用足我省59國(guó)免簽政策，充分發(fā)揮政策實(shí)效，預(yù)防和減少政策執(zhí)行時(shí)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，支持我省涉旅企業(yè)全面開(kāi)拓入境游市場(chǎng)，提升海南旅游國(guó)際化水平，現(xiàn)將59國(guó)人員入境旅游免簽政策注意事項(xiàng)通告如下：

In order to make using Hainan’s 59 Country Visa Free Entry Policy more efficient and prevent problems, support Hainan’s tourism industry, and improve Hainan’s level of internationalization, please note:

一、游客要通過(guò)海南當(dāng)?shù)芈眯猩缣崆吧陥?bào)個(gè)人信息。

    1.Travelers must register with a Hainan travel agency before arriving.

建議游客提前48小時(shí)向旅行社申報(bào)個(gè)人信息。個(gè)人信息包括：游客護(hù)照、往返機(jī)票、酒店預(yù)訂訂單、在海南旅游行程。海南當(dāng)?shù)芈眯猩缧柙谟慰腿刖城?4小時(shí)向有關(guān)部門(mén)申報(bào)游客個(gè)人信息后才可以免簽入境。

We suggest that travelers register with a travel agency at least 48 hours before arrival in Hainan. Travelers must submit: passport information, round trip tickets, hotel bookings, and Hainan travel itinerary. For visa free entry, the Hainan travel agency must submit travelers’ information to the government concerned) 24 hours before the travelers’ arrival in Hainan.

二、實(shí)施免簽入境的59國(guó)名單。

 2.List of 59 Countries eligible for Visa Free Entry to Hainan.

俄羅斯、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)、挪威、烏克蘭、意大利、奧地利、芬蘭、荷蘭、丹麥、瑞士、瑞典、西班牙、比利時(shí)、捷克、愛(ài)沙尼亞、希臘、匈牙利、冰島、拉脫維亞、立陶宛、盧森堡、馬耳他、波蘭、葡萄牙、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亞、愛(ài)爾蘭、塞浦路斯、保加利亞、羅馬尼亞、塞爾維亞、克羅地亞、波黑、黑山、馬其頓、阿爾巴尼亞、美國(guó)、加拿大、巴西、墨西哥、阿根廷、智利、澳大利亞、新西蘭、韓國(guó)、日本、新加坡、馬來(lái)西亞、泰國(guó)、哈薩克斯坦、菲律賓、印度尼西亞、文萊、阿聯(lián)酋、卡塔爾、摩納哥、白俄羅斯。

Russia, the UK, France, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Finland, Holland, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Monaco, and Belarus.

三、59國(guó)游客在香港或其他有直達(dá)海南航線的國(guó)家（地

區(qū)）出發(fā)或中轉(zhuǎn)可以使用免簽政策。

    3. Travelers from the 59 visa free entry eligible countries may travel from or through Hong Kong or any other place outside Mainland China with a direct flight to Hainan.

四、免簽游客在海南最長(zhǎng)停留30天。

4. The maximum length of stay for visa free travelers in Hainan is 30 days.

五、免簽游客從海南再去中國(guó)的其他地區(qū)需辦理簽證。

5. Travelers who need to travel to other parts of China must apply for a visa.

如果有正當(dāng)理由需要延長(zhǎng)在海南停留期限或前往中國(guó)境內(nèi)其他地區(qū)，需提前聯(lián)系海南當(dāng)?shù)芈眯猩鐓f(xié)助辦理簽證。

Travelers who need to extend their stay in Hainan or travel to other parts of China must apply for a visa through a Hainan travel agency.

（一）辦理簽證需要準(zhǔn)備的材料：旅行社開(kāi)具公司證明和本人護(hù)照。

A)Documents required to apply for a visa: Certificate issued by a travel agency, passport.

（二）辦理簽證地點(diǎn)：住宿在海口、三亞、洋浦、文昌、瓊海、澄邁市（縣）的59國(guó)游客可在當(dāng)?shù)毓簿殖鋈刖彻芾聿块T(mén)辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)，其他市縣游客需前往海南省公安廳出入境管理局辦理。

B) Visa application locations: Citizens of the 59 Visa Free Countries staying in Haikou, Sanya, Yangpu, Wenchang, Qionghai, or Chengmai, may apply for a visa at the local Exit & Entry Administration Office. Travelers in other Hainan locations must apply at the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department.

六、新加坡、日本、文萊、阿聯(lián)酋、塞爾維亞、波黑和俄羅斯7國(guó)免簽政策說(shuō)明。

6.Singapore, Japan, Brunei, the United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Russia Visa Free Policy Guide.

以上7國(guó)游客可享受相關(guān)免簽政策入境，在中國(guó)境內(nèi)(包括海南)規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)停留：新加坡、日本、文萊游客停留不超過(guò)15天;阿聯(lián)酋和塞爾維亞游客停留不超過(guò)30天，波黑游客每180天內(nèi)累計(jì)停留時(shí)間不超過(guò)90天;俄羅斯團(tuán)隊(duì)入境旅游免簽15天，停留區(qū)域?yàn)橹袊?guó)境內(nèi)。對(duì)上述7國(guó)游客通過(guò)旅行社接待模式到海南旅游的，由旅行社負(fù)責(zé)說(shuō)明免簽政策相關(guān)情況。新加坡、日本、文萊、俄羅斯4國(guó)游客擬按照海南現(xiàn)行59國(guó)免簽政策入境的，應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守59國(guó)免簽政策相關(guān)條款。

Travelers from the above mentioned seven countries enjoy visa free entry to China (including Hainan) for a set period of time. Travelers from Singapore, Japan, and Brunei may stay no longer than 15 days; Travelers from the United Arab Emirates and Serbia may stay no longer than 30 days, and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina may enter China (including Hainan) an unlimited number of times during each 180 day period but stay in China for no more than 90 days in total during that period. Russian travelers may enter in groups visa free and stay no longer than 15 days in China. Travel agencies receiving travelers from the above mentioned 7 countries in Hainan will be responsible for explaining the visa free policy situation. Citizens of Singapore, Japan, Brunei, and Russia entering China under the 59 Country Visa Free Entry Policy must abide by the requirements of the 59 Country Visa Free Entry Policy.

七、免簽游客入境后應(yīng)辦理住宿登記。

7.Visa free travelers must register their lodgings.

免簽游客在中國(guó)境內(nèi)旅館住宿的，應(yīng)向入住旅館提供護(hù)照辦理住宿登記；在旅館以外的其他住所住宿的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在入住后24小時(shí)內(nèi)由本人或者留宿人向居住地公安機(jī)關(guān)辦理住宿登記。

Visa free travelers staying in hotels must show passports at check-in for registration purposes. Travelers staying outside hotels must register at the local public security office within 24 hours of their arrivals by themselves or their hosts.
